Português Throughout the history of our business, I have experienced first-hand what JOFER truly represents – a dynamic, innovative company that puts customer service first, one that is always evolving and studying new goals and projects. It stands apart thanks to our work ethnic, which, to a great extent, has always been not only the company’s main driving force but also its calling card.
Long ago, I made a conscious effort to instill these values in my children so they would one day understand the same philosophy of hard work, service and quality that our company applies in all aspects of our business. These are the lessons they learned ever since they were very young, the same ones that have made them the wonderful individuals and businessmen they are today.
JOFER is a humble company which was born of the entrepreneurial and adventurous spirit that has always defined my personality. The confidence I have always had in myself and in my ability to overcome obstacles and achieve goals has led me to where I am today – alongside my sons managing one of the leading companies in the sector, actively operating throughout Spain. We currently boast a team of over thirty professionals who are experts and specialists in their respective fields, and they eagerly await the giant step our company is about to take into the international market.
Sometimes the question is asked: Why move into other countries? The answer is quite simple: our team is ambitious and innovative, and we never cease to believe in our ability, experience and knowledge. What’s more, every day we receive the greatest boost any company could need to make this transition: the satisfaction, appreciation and trust of our customers.
For these reasons, in 2018, we will begin our internationalization process, which we will undertake as we have always done with everything we do: with patience, composure, prudence and ambition. Initially, we will focus on four target countries, and, later, we will turn our sights to the rest of the world in the medium and long term.
Without a doubt, this is a tremendous step which will allow us to continue to grow every day and, above all, to learn. By doing so, we will forge a benchmark company that contributes to the development of the areas where it operates. As I have said all my life, “With effort, hard work, dedication and a little patience, we can achieve anything we set out to do”.
