We renew the full maintenance contract with Cajamar

We can confirm that we have renewed with Cajamar for 2 more years the full maintenance contract of the Empresas Participadas de Cajamar Building located in the Parque Científico – Tecnológico de Almería (PITA).

Since the year 2015, we have carried out the full maintenance of the building were we take care of the heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electricity services and mixed trade like automatisms, locksmiths, plumbering, paintwork, masonry. In the full maintenance we also do the preventive maintenance of the facilities so we do regular inspections to can anticipate us to the incidents, minimizing the severe failures and reducing the costs related to them.

It is one of the most efficients buildings in Spain with the latest technology in cooling units with magentics compressors and that has a Leed Gold Certification of Energetic Efficient and that is why it requires an accurate management system and agile to can deal with the exigences of our costumer. The operation of our management system is very simple; when the costumer detect a failure, register it in the management platform and since that moment can be following the intervention proccess on real time.

In this renewal we have increased our services offering also the control system of the building because we have the KNX Certification which is a global standard for the home and buildings control.

In addition to the Empresas Participadas de Cajamar building we also do the full maintenance of the Entidad de Conservación del Parque Científico – Tecnológico de Almería (PITA) and the Pitagoras Building which is a building with cutting – edge technology that requires, as the Empresas Participadas de Cajamar building, very specifics services for which require technicians highly qualified and with an extensive continuous training as those of us that are part of JOFER.

To do the full maintenace of all the facilities we have our own staff that we have permanetly moved in the Park to solve any inconvenience that may arise, the answer gived by JOFER is immediate.
