The last friday 26th of january we started the work in the new building for the\u00a0Urban Planning Office<\/a>\u00a0from the Excellency Almer\u00eda Council located in Mar\u00edn Square in the city center of Almer\u00eda.<\/p>\n

From JOFER we are going to do the execution of the air conditioning, ventilation and gas installations. In this case, we are going to do the air conditioning and ventilation with\u00a0Mitsubishi Heavy Industries<\/a>\u00a0VRV equipments.<\/p>\n

The building is going to be on the\u00a0Mar\u00edn Square Parking<\/a>\u00a0and it is going to have a ground floor, three floors and in the building\u2019s roof it is going to have a restaurant.<\/p>\n

In this ocassion, we are going to work with\u00a0Vialterra<\/a>, winning construction company, that has relied on JOFER to execute the HVAC installations in this work. Once again, we are going to provide to the project a technical and human team to fill with the expectations created and to ensure the execution of the installations with our highest quality standards.
