29 apartments in La Vega de Acá (Almería)

In JOFER HVAC Engineering & Services we have already started with the execution of the air conditioning installations for 29 homes located in the Vega de Acá de Almería promoted by Amelto.

On this occasion the homes will carry duct systems, zoning and in some cases underfloor heating.

The duct equipment will be General-Fujitsu brand and in the case of homes that have underfloor heating, a Multi-Hybrid system with heat recovery has been chosen. Thanks to the heat recovery, when the equipment is working cold, part of the energy of the exchange will go to the production of ACS, so that we have hot water without spending energy on it, with the consequent saving that entails.

Homeowners who have chosen to install a zoning system will have an Airzone system, with webserver, so they can manage the air conditioning of their homes from the Airzone Cloud APP whether or not they are in the homes, so they can connect the air conditioning before reaching their homes and when they arrive the system has reached the setpoint temperature.
