We are progressing well in the one-family house in Minero Street – Almería

We are progressing well in the one-family house located in Minero Street in the city centre of Almería.

In this work we are executing the Air Conditioning and Ventilation installations. The house has an air conditioning system with a Daikin cooling as external unit and with fan coils and radiant floor as indoor unit, all of this with an integrated zoning. In JOFER, we are very comfortable with the water installations and once again, due to the fact that we execute big works and one-of-a-kind works, we have the capability to carry out these technologies to more little projects where in other way, we wouldn’t contemplate.

The radiant floor will give a high comfort degree and in addition allows a saving with regard to the traditional heating between the 15 and the 20%. This, added to the zonification system, that in each room has an independent thermostat where the temperatura can be controlled and the air flow will be controlled with independently of the temperature on each area.
